Domestic Shipping
We ship anywhere in the Continental U.S., only.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Chocolates are shipped Monday – Thursday.
Orders submitted after 12 pm Thursday will be shipped on Monday.
If you need your chocolates by a certain day, please include a note at check-out, or email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to make it happen.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship USPS Priority Mail®
Delivered six (6) days a week.
In most instances, delivery is made within 1-3 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Returns Policy
Due to health implications, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges for unwanted orders.
If, however, something is wrong with your order, please call us at 412-781-7972 and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.*
*No returns on special/custom orders.
